What kind of shipping cost are available?
First, here is what looks like an invoice with all the features available configured (coupon, discount on direct purchases, taxes and delivery charges) :
The subtotal is the total amount of the invoice before the application of discounts, taxes and shipping costs.

When the customer enters his code coupon (point 8), it appears here. You can see the name of the coupon, the amount and the total part of the invoice after applying the coupon (for more information about the configuration of coupons, see the question ''What kind of discounts are available?'' in the category ''Configuration and appearance of my Web site'' of the FAQ).

Discount applied directly on purchases made by configuration in the section ''Sales discounts configurations'' (for more information about the configuration of coupons, see the question ''What kind of discounts are available?'' in the category ''Configuration and appearance of my Web site'' of the FAQ).

The actual cost of purchases is the amount of the invoice after applying discounts, but before the application of fees and charges. It is not possible to discounts on fees and charges.

If you set shipping in Paypal, you must disable them before setting the charges in KingEshop. Important :
The function ''Settings shipping'' is divided into three sections :
a ) Elimination of shipping cost
b ) Amount of minimum shipping cost
c ) Type of calculating shipping costs
a ) Elimination of shipping cost :
This section includes two functions :
By configuring one of these two functions, the shipping cost will be zero, regardless of other settings you have made for shipping cost.
Important :

By selecting this function, there will be no charges on the invoice if the customer chooses to pick up his order at your store.
To activate this feature, information about your company for billing must be completed correctly. The section ''Information about your company for billing'' is available in the section ''My site web'' - ''General Settings'' - ''Information available on the invoice''.
If you forgot to fill a field in the section ''Information about your company for billing''. When you try to check the function, the following message will appear :
By clicking ''OK'', you'll be automatically directed to the section ''Information available on the invoice'' and you can fill the missing field.
The function appears in the section ''Shipping information'' of the customer's invoice. It's the link ''I will pick up at the store''.
When your customer clicks on the link ''I will pick up at the store'', there will be no shipping cost added to invoice.

By selecting this function, you let the charges are free if a customer orders a certain amount (amount you enter in the box ''Limit amount:''.
Example : you want the shipping cost is free if your customer buys more than 50 dollar. In the field ''Limit amount:'', you must register 50.
When the actual cost of purchase (after discounts) will reach (or exceed) 50 dollar, shipping cost will be free.
b ) Amount of minimum shipping cost :
By selecting this function, if the amount of shipping cost to the customer order is less than the amount you entered in box ''Minimum amount:'', this amount will be charged to customers for shipping . This way, you are assured of always having a minimum amount for shipping cost.
Example : You want the minimum amount of charges billed to customers is 20 dollar. You must register 20 in the field ''Minimum amount:''. If the amount of shipping cost to the customer order is less than 20 dollar, the customer will pay 20 dollar for shipping.
c ) Type of calculating shipping costs :
This section includes five functions :

By selecting this function, there will be no charges will be billed to your customers.
2 -
By selecting this function, the amount charged to customers for shipping cost will be that you entered in the box ''Fixed amount'', regardless of the number of products ordered and where the order must be delivered.

By selecting this function, the amount charged to customers for shipping will be a fixed percentage calculated on the actual cost of purchases.
Example : You want a fixed percentage of 10% is charged to customers for shipping. In the field ''Fixed percentage:'', you must register 10.
The percentage is calculated on the actual cost of purchases, ie after discounts.
In our example, the customer buys 70 dollar ( 1 ) and has a discount of 5 dollar ( 2 ). The actual cost of purchase is 65 dollar ( 3 ), the percentage for the shipping cost (10%) is calculated from 65 dollar (actual cost of purchases) so the shipping cost is 6.50 dollar ( 4 ).

By selecting this function, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the weight of the product and the territory in which the products will be sent.
To use this feature, you must enter the product weight in each of the sheets of your products.
Measurement of weight :
By clicking on the down arrow, you have a choice between ''Grams'' and ''Ounces''. This allows you to calculate the weight of your product in grams or ounces.
To help you, you can use a converter weight by clicking on the link ''Weight converter'' (in blue). By clicking on the link, the converter weight appear.
Group :
By clicking on the down arrow, you can choose groups of territories in which you want the shipping cost are applied. The choices that are available are related to the territories that you've configured. For more information about setting up territories, see the question ''How to create my territories?'' in the category ''Configuration and appearance of my Web site'' of the FAQ.
Min (Gr) or Min (Oz) :
This field is used to record the minimum weight (in grams or ounces) that the customer's order must have for the package delivery applies.
Max (Gr) or Max (Oz) :
This field is used to record the maximum weight (in grams or ounces) that the customer's order must have for the package delivery applies.
Details :
This field is used to record information to help the customer make the right choice on the invoice (the shipping company used, for example).
Price :
This field is used to register the package delivery.
Action :
You must click on the word ''Create'' (blue) to create the package delivery.
Examples :
Example 1 :
In the group of local areas, the total weight of items ordered between 0 grams and 500 grams, transported by Colissimo within 7 days costs 4.99 dollar. Here are the results in the function :
By clicking on ''Create'', the package delivery appears at the bottom of the page.
In the invoice if the customer chooses the shipping package that we created, the shipping cost of 4.99 dollar is added to the invoice.
Example 2 :
In the group of local areas, the total weight of items ordered between 501 grams and 2000 grams, transported by Fedex within 2 days costs 9.99 dollar. Here are the results in the function :
By clicking on ''Create'', the package delivery appears at the bottom of the page below the shipping package that we created in Example 1.
In the invoice if the customer chooses the shipping package that we created, shipping cost of 9.99 dollar is added to the invoice.
Note ( 1 ) : The delivery of packages you can offer the customer the choice between several transportation companies.
Example : you use the companies Colissimo and Fedex for delivery of your packages. You can configure several packages delivered by weight and delivery days. See example below :
In the invoice, the customer will have a choice between several transport companies according to the weight of his order and its territory.
Note ( 2 ) : If the customer's invoice, there is the word ''Choose'' which is available in a choice of packages delivered, because no package delivery did not match the customer order.
This is because there is no package delivery group for the territory of the client or because there is no package delivery for the portion of weight control.
When you create your package delivery, you must be very precise and very meticulous and be careful to not forget a groups of territories or a weight ranges.
