What is it exactly? Are they really robots?

I suppose that these visits are recorded at 0 sec in the number of visits that have been on our site. But given that these visits are every time with different IP addresses, the number of visits is completely distorted!

I wonder how many real people visit my site. Is this possible?

When you see a time of 0 seconds, it means that the customer came to your site but did not click back into your site. The visiting time is measured from the time of arrival on site and the last click.
