I just did a test by making me an order and I have never received mail as well as a client that seller!
I've put the same e mail address for the vendor and customer is that why?
How do they work?

you will not receive an order confirmation via email on KES.
To view the new order, the seller must go to the sales page and stats (administration) and click on new orders.

For your client is up to you to tbc receipt of the order by mail.
