Is someone can help me, I have a problem of size when I put photos online. I use Paint as a JPEG but when photos are loaded, they are crushed in the width direction (the photo appears taller than wide).

Your problem is he on loading the home page or creation of products?

For the home: it must double click on it and ask original size and it will grow. Then you can still change by pointing the cursor by holding down shift and you can elongate or shrink.

To insert items: I use PhotoFiltre (free I think), I open the photo and resize it by changing only the height (150 for the small picture and 350 for large), then I record it in (jpg) at this stage it shows me the size (in kilobytes) of the photo and I can edit below 100kb and now is ready to load.
