Order confirmation
Hello
I realized that when an order is placed on my site, no confirmation is received by mail, or by the buyer, or by myself.
Is that possible? if so how should we proceed.

It is not possible. Our system does not send automatic email to confirm an order with your customer or to notify you that you have received a new sale.

You must send an e-mail confirmation to your customers yourself and you must log into your administration to see if you have new sales.
