My client said he could not do it validated their order and pay (the cart is empty) why????

Your problem is probably because the browser of your clients does not accept ''Cookies''. You can give them the two following FAQ to help :

1- To activate ''Cookies'' in Internet Explorer :

2- To activate ''Cookies'' in Mozilla Firefox :
