Need help page links

I created my links page with names of sites that I référencient. but when I click on links cees being on my site, I have the following message:
Internet Explorer can not display the webpage.
Yet, when I use the problem-solving utility, it does not detect anything abnormal.
Have you an explanation or a solution????
