I try to return my logo but it does not appear.
it is much less 20K and it is in gif

To date, 100% of people who told us that their logo was well below 20K was wrong. Please make sure your logo is less than 19 999 octets (bytes) and if this is really the case and you still can not insert, send us an e-mail and we'll review it.
