I'm not receiving messages from the contact page in my mailbox, why?
When a client writes a message on your contact page, he doesn't send you an e-mail. The message is redirected directly in the administration of your online store.
You can access your messages from the section ''My sales/statistics'' for your administration, by clicking at the ''Messages'' button below the second window.
