I lost a product category
Hi,
I come to realize one of my classes is empty, then I have informed this morning.
What happened? Is it irreversible?
If someone had the same case or KingEshop can do something because it's super long to complete the items.

There are three possible reasons for your problem :

1 - You have deleted your products.

2 - Your products are inactive. Here's a question that our FAQ will help you (go to step 6 - Activity and choose the option ''Visible'') :

3 - Your products are masked due to the configuration of inventory management. Here's a question that our FAQ will help you :
