How to manage the quantities available for my products?
Log in your administration.

Click on the button ''My products''.

Then click on the button ''Manage products''.

If your product is not yet created, click on the button ''Create a product''.
The framework for creating a product will appear.
The part you are not shown in full because it is too large, we present only part of the framework.

If your product is already created :
Click on the button ''Manages products''.
a )
The framework for managing the products appear.
In the field ''Code'', enter the product number you want to grant a quantity available.

The product will appear.
Click on the product number (in blue).

The framework for changing the product will appear. (The comprehensive changes in the products is too large then we present only part of the frame).
Now the process is the same as your product is created or not.

Locate the word ''Manage stocks''.
Click the down arrow. There are three options :

a )
No stock management. The product is always visible.
b )
When quantity is equal to zero, product is visible and non buyable.
c )
When quantity is equal to zero the product become invisible.
Option a ) : No stock management. The product is always visible.
By choosing this option, a message will appear explaining the option : We recommend this option in most cases because your product will always be visible and may be purchased. If you agree, click ''OK''.
If you choose this option, there is no inventory for this product. The product will always be visible in your online store, no matter how many times your customers will buy.
Option b ) : When quantity is equal to zero, product is visible and non buyable.
By choosing this option, a message will appear explaining option : When the quantity will be equal to 0, your product will always be visible, but it will not can be purchased by your customers. If you agree, click ''OK''.
For this option, you must enter the quantity available for this product, ie, the number of copies you have in your inventory for this product.
To give you an example, let's say you have 10 copies of this product in your inventory. We will therefore include the number 10 in the field next to the word ''Quantity''.
Here is the result in a website :
You can see that the number of copies available for this product is indicated by the words ''AVAILABILITY : 10''.
Warning : The number beside the word ''AVAILABILITY'' fall automatically when a customer completes his purchase of a copy or copies of this product. If the client fails to complete its purchase, the quantity of the product will remain intact.
If a customer tries to order more than 10 products (11 products, for example), a message will appear indicating the quantity of products they can buy.
Also, if the client tries to change the amount directly into the basket and the amount that entered is greater than the amount available for this product, a message will appear indicating the quantity available for this product.
Insofar as there are still copies available for this product, the button ''Add'' (which allows your customers to buy the product) and the field ''Qty'' (which allows your customers' indicate the quantity they want to buy) will remain visible.
But when the available quantity of the product will be zero, the button''Add'' and the field ''Qty'' for this product will disappear. In this way, the product is still visible, but your customers can not order it.
Option c ) : When quantity is equal to zero the product become invisible.
By choosing this option, a message explaining the option will appear : Warning : This option requires more maintenance. When the quantity will be equal to 0, this product will no longer be visible and it will not can be purchased by your customers. If you agree, click ''OK''.
