How to add articles to the site?

When creating my site KingEshop I delete all the articles of models and now I'm doing my site I do not know how to add articles.

How to add articles to the right of my site? I look in the options but without success.

I added sections as you say ... but these categories are not displayed on the site.

Once the item is created, click on it in the admin page, details of the item will open (with the number of words, comments, creation date and visits) and below in writing blue: changing the title of the section; section edit, delete the entry and enable / disable the item

check if the item is selected or not
