If reducing means smaller picture, there are two solutions, the most simple: point the mouse over the image, hold down the shift key (2nd left from the bottom-Arrow-) the mouse pointer turns into arrow and you can resize.
Drawback: the weight of the photo in kilobytes is the same whatever the size, on the homepage you are entitled to 1024 kb.
So to reduce and at the same time losing the weight you need a software program such as Photoshop (fee) or Gimp (free), I use Gimp without problem.
