Gradual transfer of pages in Microsoft Explorer

In the menu my site, there is the function a checkbox gradual transfer of pages in Microsoft Explorer, but I did not find in faq what served this function and if it must be check or not.

This feature allows you to change the pages of your site in a more gentle and works only with Microsoft Explorer. Check the box, go to your site and you will see.
