almost finished building my site, I have to finish the deal and I am having two problems that are neither in FAQ nor in the forum, here:
1) I would put a link (on email) for customers, if they have questions can contact me directly by opening a page for writing a mail to be sent to the address of the site, HOW TO?
2) I want to expand in width, the title of my site because it is written a little bit, I tried to make several changes, but I don ' t do it, HOW TO?
(I think it's because the weight is too heavy, am I right? In what circumstances should I remove the animated gif and replace it with a write more simplistic?)

For question 2 : When you say ''the title of my site'', what are you talking about? You talk about your logo? From a text in a static page? Please be more specific so that we can help you.

The title of my site is actually the logo that is in the middle of the header of the site, located at the top, which is the domain name. This is not a static page or published. I think my text is too heavy animated gif.

I have retouched image with the gimp, I have registered but there is no way that the logo is larger. After retouched and saved it does not budge a hair. I would like to take half the space header, centered.
To focus I have no problem.
