Domain name for my shop in Spanish
I would like to know if I buy a domain name en.com and that the name is written in Spanish, is that the address will point to the Spanish part of my shop.

You can not have two domain names pointing to different locations in the same shop. For your needs, it would be better you open a second shop in Spanish.
