Domain name change
Hi, I purchased a domain name and pointed it to your IP address and sent an email to info@kingeshop.com with the print scrren message to have it changed on your side. I received an automated response indicating that the email was received but, I have not received anthing further. It has been more than 24 hrs and the change has not been actioned. How long does it take before the change is made?
Whenever I search the new web address I keep getting this response
This link is unavailable at this time. Please try again in 2 minutes
or visit the website KingEshop in English
Please advise when the change will be actioned.

The godaddy directions need to be updated because the site has been updated. When following the directions I could not find the pages in the direction as such I had to call their support team to assist me with pointing to your site. The page I went to on the godaddy site to input your IP address looks nothing like the screen shot you have in the directions.
I know that based on step 3 in the faq the changes were taken into account and the setup was successful because I get the response: This link is unavailable at this time. Please try again in two minutes or visit the website KingEshop in English.
Having completed step 3, I took a screen shot of the godaddy page where I made the changes and saved same in jpeg format. I sent an email from the email I registered with to info@kingeshop.com with the screenshot attached and stating the domain name I configured, requesting the change to be completed on your side.
Please let me know where I went wrong or what was done incorrectly so that I can rectify the problem and get my store online.

I got a response today that the changes have been configured. I am just waiting on the DNS servers of the earth to make the changes.
