I have a domain name with LMSOFT and tried to transfer my domain name by following the protocol you specify, but this does not work.

The problem is probably that you try to add our IP address in a bad spot. You should definitely read our FAQ and find the procedure of the registrar who is most like yours. Here is the FAQ :
