Your domain name is not configured correctly and that is so when you click www.grafikdeco.com you reach www.grafikdeco.kingeshop.com.

If you follow the FAQ mentioned above, you can always stay in your store with your domain name without ''KingEshop''.

thank you for the info. I tried but I can not do: I'm at neodomaine.com (not listed in your FAQ) which has a page with DNS INFO:
- Primary DNS (hers)
- SECONDARY DNS (hers)
- Add a DNS (I scored one of KingEshop)
and I get the following error message:
Could not add nameserver: 207.158.37.53 Nameserver does not exists in the registry
what to do?
