Alphabet
On my site I can not have the alphabet with little emphasis
as é or è;
if you have the same problem: how ressoudre the problem?
For example

not the problem with my display code;

when i upload something ; in the adminstration page it is become un code for the alphabet with accent


i think it is because my windows is ni english ni franch one

but how can i cover it over
