Yes you can.
Here's how to do :
1 -
Log in your administration.
Click on the button ''My web site''.

Then click on the button ''Statics pages''.

Click on the active static page in which you want to work.

The page editor will appear.

Create a new text or locate the text you want to set paragraph.
For our example, we will take the following message:
Welcome to our online store! We are pleased to introduce our new products. Take time to browse our entire online store, you will surely find something that tickles your fancy.

The result with the editor open :

Make line breaks (separate text) in the desired locations to form paragraphs by press ''Enter'' on your keyboard.
Click on the ''Close'' button to see the result.
