How can I see the comments made on my products?
Log in your administration.

Click on the button ''My products''.
Then click on the button ''Messages products''.

The page for managing messages on the products appears.

Click the down arrow of the field ''Search''.
You can choose to view products with new messages (Products with messages (NEW)), all products with a message (Products with messages (ALL)) or without messages (Products without messages).
The choices you make in this section, determine the choices in the field ''Products''.
a )
Products with messages (NEW) :
Choose this option if you only want to see new messages that have been made about your products.
Click the down arrow to the field ''Product''.
The list of products which have new messages will appear, choose the product you want to see the messages.
The list of new messages appear on this product.
b )
Products with messages (ALL) :
Choose this option if you want to see all messages that have been made about your products.
Click the down arrow to the field ''Product''.
The list of products that have messages (new and old) will appear.
Choose the product you want to see the messages.
The list of all messages (new and old) for this product will appear.
c )
Products without messages :
Choose this option to see which product has not yet received a message.
Click the down arrow to the field ''Product''.
The list of all products that have no messages appear.
Choose a product and it will appear.
Note : To help you manage messages (comments) that have been made on your products, click on the category ''Management of the products and the categories'' of the FAQ and you can find the answers to your questions about managing comments on the product.
