Why the security certificate is not valid in some browsers ?
First, here are some statistics on the use of by Internet browsers. The most important browser is Internet Explorer with 95% of internet users on the planet, then just Mozilla Firefox with a little more than 4% of users and other browsers as Safari and Opera which share less than 1% that remains.
Our security certificate is accepted by 99.9% of browsers. No provider security certificate can not claim to have a valid certificate for 100% of browsers available on the Internet. Safety certificates such as ours do not recognize the browser that is said ''exotic'' and are used only by very few users (less than 1%).
It should not be concerned with the possibility that the security certificate is not recognized by a browser, because the vast majority of people who come in your online store (99.9%) use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browser and therefore will have access to your security certificate without any problem.
