Hello,
I just created my shop. I did not yet have products, and yet when I visit my shop, there are plenty that are not mine of course. How do I remove them?

This is your home page, in static pages, you can change your home page. You must delete everything to the one you want.
Otherwise, if they are articles, go to: manage my categories manage my articles, you can delete them. in fact these are only examples.
