Is it possible to make the edit bar 'floating' - so when you have long text on pages the bar is "right there"? It would eliminate bouncing back and forth. Thanks (Merci!)

Thanks for the response, but I think I was making a suggestion rather than a question. Could it be possible for the techies to make a floating edit bar instead of a static one. It would make editing go much faster. Thanks
