You can access the options and static pages by clicking the icon ''Configurations of the options and the static pages'' in the section'' ''My web site'' - ''General Settings'' - ''Generals configurations'' of your administration.

The options are :

1 - History :

The history allows the customer to see what products he has seen and select again if he wants. Each time your customer clicks on a product, it is part of history. If he wants to review a product, simply click on the product name and will it again. It can also delete the history by clicking the ''Delete'' button.

2 - Articles :

Articles are texts like newspaper articles that you create for your clients on matters concerning your online shop. In addition to informing your customers, articles, help you to be well positioned in search engines. The articles, once published and enabled, appear on the right side of your online store.

If you have questions about the articles, go to the FAQ and click on the category ''Static pages and articles''.

3 - Search :

The ''Search'' option allows customers to search by keywords in your online store. They can quickly find the product they are looking for by entering the product name in the ''Search'' field. The research is only in the product code and product name.

4 - My cart :

The option ''My cart'' allows your customers to make purchases in your online shop. This option is essential if you want to sell your products in your online store.

The option ''My cart'' is visible when your customer clicks to see the product in detail and then clicks the button ''Add''.

The option ''My cart'' is also visible in the top band of your website :

Note : By checking the ''My cart'' option, the option ''Prices'' just below will be automatically activated.

5 - Prices :

The option ''Prices'' allow you to display the prices of your products in your online store.

6 - Filter :

The option ''Filter'' can change the pages more gentle in your site and can be used only with Microsoft Explorer.

7 - Comments products :

This option allows your customers to read and write reviews about your products.

The option ''Comments products'' is produced when the customer clicks on a product to view detail.

8 - Large product page (12 products per page) :

This option displays 12 products per page instead of 9.

9 - Color mouseover products :

This option allows the display a color when the mouse passes over a product and allows to display a color when the mouse is no more on the product.

10 - Color for products already visited :

This option allows the display of a color on a product that your customer has already visited.

Here are the statics pages :

The static pages must be edited and activated. When you choose the static pages (explained below), you make them visible in the section ''My web site'' - ''Statics pages''. The statics pages that you have chosen are visible in your online shop, you must activate them and edit them. For help with editing and activation of static pages, click on the category ''Static pages and articles'' of the FAQ.

1 - About us :

The static page ''About us'' allows your customers to know you.

Example : You can tell your history to you (owner) and the history of your company. Also, you can boast your strengths as individuals and the strengths of your business and finally, you can show your customers how you envisage the future of your business.

The static page ''About us'' will appear in the top band or the band bottom of your website, depending on the number of static pages that you activate.

2 - Services :

The static page ''Services'', allow you to tell at your customers the services you offer other than your online shop. If you have a shop (not online), if you have a delivery service, etc..

3 - Help :

In the static page ''Help'' you can explain how your online store in detail (every button, every function, etc..). In contrast to the FAQ page, the static page ''Help'' is in the form of a text and not in the form of question answering. This means that when your customer clicks on this page to get information on any function, it will check the name of the function rather than a question about this function.

The static page ''Help'' will appear in the top band or the band bottom of your online shop, depending on the number of static pages that you activate.

4 - FAQ :

The letters ''FAQ'' is short for : Frequently Asked Questions. The static page ''FAQ'' allow you to tell at your customers how your online shop operates in the form of question answering.

Example : You think your customers will often ask how to see a product in more detail. The question might be : How can I see a product in more detail? The answer to this question might be : You can see a product in more detail by clicking the ''Details'' button located under the small picture of the product.

The static page ''FAQ'' appear in the top band or the band bottom of your online shop, depending on the number of static pages that you activate.

5 - Clients :

The static page'' Clients'' allows you to include testimonials from your customers on their experience by purchasing in your online store.

Example : You can ask your customers to write a text that tells how they appreciate your excellent customer service and your prices unbeatable. Then you will just add that text to the static page ''Clients''.

The static page ''Client'' will appear in the top band or the band bottom of your website, depending on the number of static pages that you activate.

6 - Site map :

The sitemap allows your customers to have an overview of your online store.

The page ''Sitemap'' appears in the top band or the band bottom of your online shop, depending on the number of static pages that you activate.

7 - Contact :

The static page ''Contact'' can give details of your company at your customers. In this page you can enter the phone number of your company and address and any other information that could inform your customers about your business.

8 - Links :

The static page ''Links'' is where you enter links that point (redirect your clients) on websites that you advise at your clients. By asking managers of the web sites to do the same for you (include your website in their links page), you're sure to have more visits in your online store.

9 - Privacy notice :

In the static page ''Privacy notice'', you'll register your Policy on the Protection of Privacy. It is very important for your customers to feel confident and secure when they decide to give you personal information about themselves (name, address, telephone number). In this page, you must explain to your customers how you're going to treat personal and how to take all measures that are in your power to protect them.

The static page ''Privacy notice'' will appear in the top band or the band bottom of your website, depending on the number of static pages that you activate.

10 - News :

The static page ''News'' allows you to give news on your company to your customers. Example : If you have won a prize or a prestigious newspaper talking about you or any other news about you that might be of interest to your customers.
