I would like to open a online commerce. My computer is windows vista version, i am not able to download the alexa toolbar. I am not able to valid the contents of the general page. Could you please help me

Alexa does NOT have a functional toolbar for Vista environment. They have said for over 2 years tha they are working on it. I doubt it.

Agreed; never going to happen! If you want to use an Alexa-like toolbar on a Vista PC then use Firefox and download a plugin... either Sparky [built by Alexa] or SearchStatus.
